How much can I earn from one referral?
Up to $1,400 per full-time referral. You receive $100 for each month the client stays active during their first 12 months ($1,200), plus a $100 bonus after each completed 6 months ($200).
How do part-time referrals work?
Part-time placements (4 hours a day) follow the same structure at 50%: $50 per month plus a $50 bonus after each completed 6 months, up to $700 per referral.
When do rewards start?
Rewards start after the business you referred signs their agreement with OptiNizers and pays for their first month of service. They’re earned for each month the client stays active during their first 12 months.
What if the client I referred leaves?
Rewards are paid only while the referred client stays active. If they end their agreement, monthly rewards and any upcoming bonuses stop. Rewards already earned are yours to keep.
Can the referral program change?
Yes. Terms apply, and OptiNizers may update or end this program at any time. Changes won’t affect rewards you’ve already earned.
