Our story

We knew this industry could be better for both sides.

OptiNizers was founded by three business owners who knew the pain of hiring firsthand.

Each of us runs other businesses, and we’ve worked with VA agencies ourselves. We saw the same problems again and again. Remote professionals were underpaid and living paycheck to paycheck. Business owners were handed a new hire with no training, no alignment and no support, then left to figure it out alone.

So we built OptiNizers to do it differently.
