How fast can I get started?
Most clients are matched and ready to start within 10–14 working days of the consultation call.
What time zone will they work?
Yours. Your OptiNizer works during your business hours, in your time zone.
How do I communicate with my OptiNizer?
However you prefer: text, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email or video calls. They fit into the way you already work.
What if it’s not a good fit?
We’ll replace your OptiNizer free of charge. Because we’ll know even more about what you need by then, replacements often turn out to be an even better long-term fit.
Is my data safe?
Your data is your data. Every OptiNizer signs an NDA, and we run weekly data security check-ins with each one to make sure your information stays protected.
Can I hire more than one OptiNizer?
Yes. Many clients start with one and add more as they grow. We’ll help you build the right team.
What’s the contract?
Our agreement is a 1-year contract, paid monthly in advance. If it isn’t working out, you can end it with 2 weeks’ notice. After the first year, it renews automatically unless you let us know beforehand.
